UK and Europe Orders for Christmas - Please send your order in by 8th December to ensure delivery in time! Your mugs need to be manufactured, decorated, fired and selected, which takes around 10 working days.

Orders to the Rest of the World - If received before 8th December we will despatch your order as quickly as possible but due to extended shipping times, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.

We welcome orders after this and will work hard to complete everyone's orders. We finish for our factory holiday on 19th December, returning on 2nd January. All outstanding orders will be dealt with immediately on our return.

After studying interior design, Penny Silverthorne moved to Devon where she gained inspiration from the natural beauty of the countryside and began to refine her watercolour skills. She is now running a booming business which sends her artwork all over the world
