Once we have received your order, your mug will be manufactured at our factory in Staffordshire.

Upcoming factory holiday dates:

23rd December - 2nd January 2026

6th April - 10th April 2026

29th June - 10th July 2026

31st August - 4th September 2026

23rd December - 1st January 2027
 

Any orders taken during these periods will be dealt with immediately upon our return.

For international customers, you will incur local Import Duty and Taxes which you will be asked to pay prior to delivery of your order. Fees for customs declarations and import VAT will usually be collected by the shipping companies responsible for transporting the goods.  The amount of VAT payable will depend on the category of goods and their value. We cannot be held responsible for these charges.
