Once we have received your order, your mug will be produced, decorated, fired and then despatched from our factory

We have a smaller team due to Covid-19 social distancing procedures, but are posting parcels as quickly as we can. Delivery times for UK orders are currently being despatched within approximately 5-10 working days, orders to Europe should arrive within 15-20 working days and some orders to the rest of the world are taking up to 30 days to arrive. 

Upcoming factory holiday dates:

24th June - 5th July 2024

26th August - 30th August 2024

20th December - 3rd January 2025
 

Any orders taken during these periods will be dealt with immediately upon our return.

For international customers, you will incur local Import Duty and Taxes which you will be asked to pay prior to delivery of your order. Fees for customs declarations and import VAT will usually be collected by the shipping companies responsible for transporting the goods.  The amount of VAT payable will depend on the category of goods and their value. We cannot be held responsible for these charges.
