Once we have received your order, your mug will be produced, decorated, fired and then despatched from our factory

Delivery times for UK orders are currently being despatched within approximately 5 working days. Orders to Europe should arrive within 15-20 working days and some orders to the rest of the world are taking up to 30 days to arrive. 

Upcoming factory holiday dates:

23rd December - 2nd January 2026

6th April - 10th April 2026

29th June - 10th July 2026

31st August - 4th September 2026

23rd December - 1st January 2027
 

Any orders taken during these periods will be dealt with immediately upon our return.

Our main carrier DPD uses tracking services, so you will be able to view the status and location of your order once it has been despatched. To track your order Click Here

For international customers, you will incur local Import Duty and Taxes which you will be asked to pay prior to delivery of your order. Fees for customs declarations and import VAT will usually be collected by the shipping companies responsible for transporting the goods.  The amount of VAT payable will depend on the category of goods and their value. We cannot be held responsible for these charges.
