Once your fine bone china mug has been decorated by one of our highly skilled lithographers, it will go through a final kiln firing and then checked by our quality team to ensure it meets our high standards. 

We are posting parcels as quickly as we can, delivery times for UK orders are currently up to 10 working days, orders to Europe should arrive within 15-20 days and orders to the rest of the world are taking up to 30 days to arrive.
