Your mug is made especially for you so every detail matters. Please take care when entering the name as we will decorate exactly as you type it. All decoration is in uppercase letters.
For names ending in 'S' (yes, we're talking to you, James, Frances, Charles and Iris), we'll automatically use the traditional English grammar with an apostrophe after the S' (e.g James' Mug). If you'd prefer 'James's Mug' instead, just email us with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to make it exactly how you'd like it. Contact us here
As the name appears on both the front and back of the mug, there is an 8-character limit. If you have a longer name why not use a nickname? It’s all part of the fun, and we don’t charge per letter!
As always, your mug will be made to order at our factory in Staffordshire and manufactured in high quality fine bone china, using Cornish clay.
As your mug is personalised just for you it is non-returnable.

If you need to make any amendments after the order has been submitted, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours. Once the mug has been decorated, we will be unable to make any changes or offer a refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks for personalised orders to be despatched.
